Rockstar Games have confirmed that Justice are behind the in-game soundtrack for Grand Theft Auto 6.
Today (October 15) Rockstar Games shared the official launch trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6, which is set to release next month (November 19). The 90-second clip introduces us to co-protagonists Lucia and Jason as they head out to explore the streets of Vice City.
“Jason and Lucia have always known the deck is stacked against them. But when an easy score goes wrong, they find themselves on the darkest side of the sunniest place in America, in the middle of a criminal conspiracy stretching across the state of Leonida — forced to rely on each other more than ever if they want to make it out alive,” explains a press release.
The trailer is soundtracked by Justice’s new single ‘Flower In A Hurricane’, which features Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard.
There’s plenty of new Justice music on the way too, with Rockstar confirming that the electronic duo have composed the original soundtrack for Grand Theft Auto 6.
Justice’s ‘Flower In A Hurricane’ will also feature on ‘Grand Theft Auto 6: The Album’, a 34-track collection of original music written specifically for the game. Last week the first six in-game radio stations were confirmed for Grand Theft Auto 6 with Bad Bunny, Lana Del Rey, Robyn and Slayer‘s King Kerry and Tom Araya set to host.
For the first time in Grand Theft Auto history, you will also be able to access a range of on-demand podcasts in the game, and you won’t need to be in a vehicle to listen either. “Both radio and podcasts are available to listen to on foot through newly introduced headphones and earbuds connected to smartphones,” explained developers.
