And up and down
Up and down
Up and down

Up and down
Up and down
And up and down
Up and down
Up and down
Up and down
Up and down
And up and down
And up and down
And up and down
And up and down
And up and down
Up and down
Up and down
Up and down
Up and down
Up and down
Up and down
Up and down
Up and down
Up and down
Up and down
etc.
